Oh no! Please report a lost item using our Lost & Found form. We keep found items for a maximum of three months. If the owner has not contacted us within this period, we unfortunately have to donate or destroy the item. Found items can be picked up at the hotel or, if more convenient, we can send the item to you at your own expense.
